We offer a number of building consulting services from Vendor pre-sale or pre-listing inspections to purchasers and their pre-purchase building and pest inspections.
Vendors can relax when Inspect It First completes a pre-listing inspection on your home. We understand it is a sensitive time and when you get that offer from a purchaser you don’t want to risk it, if the buyer’s pre-purchase building and pest inspection finds something. By using Inspect It FIRST for your pre-listing inspection you can go to market with confidence knowing their won’t be any surprised a foot.
Purchasers can ask the agent if Inspect It FIRST has inspected the property. If we have then you are welcome to purchase a copy of the property inspection report at a reduced fee. We email the written report almost straight away and you have access to the Inspect It FIRST inspector for any questions about the inspection. If there hasn’t been a pre-listing inspection we are able, at short notice, arrange for a pre-purchase building and pest inspection to be completed. In some cases we can inspect on the same day as requested or next day with the report available within 2 business hours on the inspection.
