Also known as a PCI (Practical Completion Inspection) This style of report includes details of the following items found by the inspector during a visual inspection of the property:
– Building compliance issues
– Structural issues
– Building defects
– Poor trade finishes
– Items not completed
– Damaged items and finishes
The assessment is based on a Building Consultants opinion of the quality of construction and what would be reasonably acceptable for the purchaser.
