Building inspection report to AS 4349.1

On-line inspection reports are available to help buyers make an informed decision before committing on the full price of an inspection and report.  In purchasing a copy of a Building Report they agree to be bound by our Building Agreement and the following Condition of Sale.

Condition of Sale: The Building Report fee is discounted to enable buyers to view a report without incurring the full inspection fee. If the buyer is successful in purchasing the property, they agree to pay the balance of the full inspection fee. Specific Conditions of Sale may vary.
