To manage the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) the Australian Government has issued a Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) notice .
As employees who visit properties to conduct our business we should have guidelines to protect people we come in contact with and our own health.
To follow Government directives to prevent the spread of Coronavirus disease I have provided the following procedure that should be immediately implemented:
"I have procedures to follow due to the risk posed by the Coronavirus disease."
"I wish to advise you of my obligations under the Australian Government Health in safeguarding you and me in respect to the Coronavirus disease. Please assist me in practicing 1.5M distancing between us and if you are unwell please tell me and isolate yourself away from this property while I conduct the inspection."

Inspections and client/customer/purchaser wishing to attend the property inspection:
We have strict procedures when inspecting properties during these times. For your protection and our inspectors safety please do NOT attend the property or approach the inspector during the inspection. If you wish to discuss the inspection or report please call the office and we can arrange a phone briefing.
To comply with Australian Standard for building inspections 4349.1 -2007 and timber pest inspections 4349.3 insurers require that every pre-purchase inspection has an agreement accepted by the purchaser (or their solicitor/conveyancer/agent) before commencement of the inspection.

If you are in agreement, click “Reply” to the agreement email with the words “I accept” in the subject line or body of the email. Alternatively sign and mail or fax to our office. A copy of this agreement as sent to you will be stored with your inspection documents.
This Building Inspection Agreement and or Timber Pest Inspection Agreement applies to your inspection request. If You don’t wish to return the copy to Us and do not cancel the requested inspection then You agree that this document forms the agreement between You and Us. We will carry out the inspection and report as ordered by You in accordance with this agreement and You agree to pay for the inspection.
Payment terms – Payment is requested when the inspection appointment has been confirmed. Payment may be via credit card over the phone or direct deposit to our company account. When direct depositing the payment please email a copy of the bank transfer receipt from the internet banking session or a scanned copy of the over counter bank deposit receipt.
Re-Inspection Fee – If an additional inspection is required, due to inaccessible areas on the first inspection appointment, a re-inspection fee of $250.00 will apply.
Cancellation – All inspection bookings cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours before inspection booking will be a FULL REFUND. A short notice cancellation, within 2 to 24 hours, will incurs a $27.50 fee. A last minute cancellation, within 30 minutes to 2 hours, will incur a fee of $165.00. Cancellations can not be accepted within 30 minutes of the appointment or after the inspection has commenced.
